Shelly King is certified in Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. A sound healing session with Shelly is 40 minutes. The sessions include, breath work, hypnotherapy and/or guided meditation to enhance the experience. Sessions are one on one or can be done in a group setting.   When you schedule your sound healing session you can choose:
